Jody has more than 20 years of experience in the U.S. Capital Markets, investing in both public, private, and early-stage companies. Jody began his career as an analyst at the Schonfeld Group, before joining Sidoti & Company as a published senior consumer analyst and also served as an Analyst at Wooster Capital,

part of the Steinhardt Family Office. Jody and fellow Sidoti analyst Jonathan Lichter left to start Diamond Bridge Capital in 2008 focused on small and micro-cap investing. In addition to being an early stage investor in Grow Generation (NASDAQ: GRWG) where he served on the Board Directors, he currently serves on the Board of publicly listed real estate company Zoned Properties (OTCQB: ZDPY).

Jonathan has been involved in the U.S. Capital Markets for more than 25 years as both an Analyst and Portfolio Manager. Prior to cofounding Diamond Bridge, he served as a published small-cap special situations analyst at Sidoti & Company covering multiple sectors including companies such as Neenah Paper (NYSE: NP) Schweitzer-Mauduit International, Inc. (NYSE: SWM). Before that, Jonathan worked at Watchpoint Advisors, a hedge fund focused on small and micro-cap equity investing.
